Responsibilities :

• Monitor daily CPP Body Shop QA operations.
• Design operation layouts and manpower distribution.
• Measure CPP Body Shop production quality performance.
• Validate the quality level of new products for CPP Body Shop.
• Analyze and report 3D CMM results to relevant departments.
• Coordinate overtime planning as requested by production.
• Chair quality briefings related to CPP Body Shop with relevant teams.
• Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and franchise holders (Land Rover, Jinbei, Foton) on quality issues, operations development, and implementation.
• Participate in inter-departmental meetings and teleconferences related to quality issues.
• Develop personnel skills and knowledge to maximize performance; implement company policies and procedures.
• Handle line quality complaints and feedback to relevant departments.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions on major quality issues through cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor vehicle database for traceability.
• Oversee manpower skills development.
• Promote safety, Kaizen, and ICC activities for quality improvement.
• Report daily and monthly quality performance metrics.
• Comply with OSHA 1994 and EQA 1974 regulations.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
