Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements for technical roles (software engineers, developers, QA, data scientists, etc.).
• Source and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
