Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for merchants.
Lead merchant onboarding and API integration process, troubleshoot, and resolve gateway integration errors across e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, and more).
Handle escalations to identify root causes and coordinate communications between different business functions to provide timely resolutions and future improvements.
Support KYB requirements to ensure adherence to compliance and policy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth marketing operations; supporting regular voucher setup.

Qualifications

Organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with merchants and establish a positive onboarding experience.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members.
