Senior Sales Executive (FMCG / Key Account)

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive (KL Office) to strengthen Kewpie Malaysia’s retail and corporate sales growth.You’ll take ownership of key accounts, analyze market data, and drive sales strategies that align with our customers’ business goals while maintaining Kewpie’s strong reputation in the FMCG industry.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow Kewpie’s product presence.
• Manage and expand existing corporate and retail accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, promotional plans, and category analysis based on market and consumer insights.
• Monitor product visibility and effectiveness through shelf management and planogram execution.
• Analyze promotional activities and measure ROI to improve future campaigns.
• Handle documentation such as claims, reports, and sales tracking accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and merchandising teams for smooth daily operations.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve department goals.
