Job description

1. Contract and Legal Document Management

Draft, review, and revise international business contracts, including procurement, sales, agency, distribution, technical cooperation, and confidentiality agreements.

Manage legal document archives related to overseas operations, ensuring version consistency and contractual compliance.

2. Overseas Legal Risk and Compliance Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s overseas investments and operations.

Monitor legal and policy developments in foreign jurisdictions and establish compliance systems and risk alert mechanisms.

Guide subsidiaries and overseas offices to ensure compliance with local laws, including labor, antitrust, data protection, anti-corruption, and export control regulations.

3. Cross-border Investment and M&A Support

Participate in legal due diligence and transaction structuring for overseas investments, M&A, subsidiary establishment, and equity restructuring projects.

Assist in negotiations, preparation of legal documentation, and coordination with external legal counsels and advisors.

4. Dispute Resolution and External Coordination

Handle international legal disputes, arbitration, litigation, and intellectual property infringement cases.

Manage and supervise external law firms, including performance monitoring and cost control.

5. Internal Legal Advisory and Training

Provide legal advice and decision-making support to management and business departments.

Conduct training on overseas legal risks, compliance management, and contract administration.

6. Other Responsibilities

Support legal affairs within the company’s global strategic initiatives.

Perform other legal-related tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements : -

1.Education :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Law.

Licensed attorney preferred (China Lawyer qualification or a license from a common law jurisdiction such as the U.S. or U.K. is an advantage).

2.Experience :

3–8 years of experience in international legal affairs, in-house counsel roles for multinational corporations, or law firm experience in cross-border matters.

Experience in manufacturing, semiconductors, automation, Apple supply chain, or international trade industries preferred.

3.Professional Skills :

Strong knowledge of international trade law, corporate law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property, and compliance management.

Familiar with key legal systems such as the U.S., EU, and Southeast Asia, as well as international commercial practices.

Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) skills in contract review, negotiation, and communication.

4. Other Requirements : -

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and travel internationally when required.

Proficient in both Chinese and English
