Role Overview
This position lies within the FX and Precious Metals Options Confirmation Team Operations. The role would be to perform Inbound processing such as Affirmation & Chasing, Indexing & Matching and process all other ad-hoc tasks in Confirmations across the FX and Precious Metals Option, focusing and ensuring the timely confirmation retrieval within the HKMA, EMIR, DFA, and other regulatory requirements.
Individual needs to have eye for detail, drive, passion for such work, and be a self-starter. Excellent spoken and written English is critical for success in this role. Meeting customer service delivery within agreed operating guidelines and the respective currency payment cut-off time and due diligence requirements are also a core aspect of this role.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Expectations regarding hybrid working : As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients\' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients\' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
