Overview AFR Asia Pacific Limited is a licensed Labuan insurance broker and a Lloyd’s registered broker with its Head Office in Labuan and a Co-Located Office in Shah Alam. AFR provides reinsurance placement services to local and international clients through innovative reinsurance solutions, product development and client service delivery with access to regional and international markets.

Vacancy 1 VACANCY – REINSURANCE BROKING MANAGER (AVIATION)

(Based in Shah Alam, Selangor)

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new aviation & related business to meet established annual brokerage target

Fully retain all renewal business from existing clients and identify potential for expanded business

Ability to maximize income while complying with the Company’s guideline on maximum permissible brokerage

Identify and develop new markets, locally and internationally, for reinsurance placement purposes

Ensure that all deadlines and milestones as stated in the Company manuals are strictly adhered to at all times

Ensure the highest level of professional services to clients and maintaining zero incident of errors & omissions

Requirements

Having at least 5 years work experience in the aviation insurance industry

Good command & inter-personnel skill in both written and spoken English and strong in Mathematics is essential to the job
