Overview
Graduate CMMS Analyst role at TotalEnergies. This position is for a recent engineering or IT graduate eager to contribute to asset management and digital maintenance systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating equipment records, maintenance plans, and work orders in SAP PM or equivalent CMMS.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency according to company standards and naming conventions.
- Support HSE compliance by maintaining traceability of Safety & Environmental Critical Elements (SECE).
- Provide basic CMMS guidance and support to offshore and onshore users.
- Help planners monitor backlog and prioritise maintenance tasks.
- Generate reports on PM compliance, backlog status, and work order performance.
- Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and support spare parts cataloguing.
- Participate in CMMS improvement projects and digital maintenance initiatives.
