In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement

Major Policy Alteration function comprises :
- Single Premium Top up
- Change / appointment of Life Assured
- Cancellation / deletion of riders
- Change of Occupation / smoking status / date of birth / gender
- Conversion to paid up
- Renewal of rider
Day to day responsibilities :
1) Process customer requests under the Major Policy Alteration function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality :
2) Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
Who we are looking for :
Experience
Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the Major Policy Alteration function.Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.Competencies & Personal Traits
