Since our establishment in 2005, we have diligently served renowned global leaders in semiconductor, industrial automation, analytical, and medical industries.### Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components for medium-complexity modules. Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair as needed to ensure perfect functionality. Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure top product performance. Uphold high-quality standards and contribute to process improvements. Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality initiatives. Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and production standards.### ### Education & Experience Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. 2+ years' experience in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring. Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may also be considered.### ### Technical Skills Strong skills in reading wiring diagrams and engineering drawings. Familiar with setting up and executing electro-mechanical testing.### Soft Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and quality. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment (common in CEM). Flexible to work shifts and overtime when required.
