Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, trading, logistics, or export-related role
- Experience in dealing with overseas suppliers / customers is an added advantage
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency is essential)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft, email correspondence, and SQL accounting software
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales Head, including preparation of sales documents such as Proforma Invoices and customer quotationsCoordinate with the procurement team to place purchase orders for confirmed salesFollow up with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, COAs) and forward them to the shipping / logistics teamMonitor and follow up on customer payments before shipment dispatchMaintain and update accurate records of customers’ Statement of Accounts and ensure proper filing of sales documentsLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveriesBenefits
