About the role

Become a Marketing Executive at V2U NETWORK SDN. BHD.' and be part of the team driving the company's brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor and will see you working closely with the broader marketing and communications department.

What you'll be doing

Market Research & Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and customer preferences to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
Campaign Development & Execution : Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Social Media Management : Create, schedule and monitor content across various social media channels to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis : Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Promotions & Brand Initiatives : Develop and implement monthly promotions and special campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Event & Field Marketing : Assist in organising offline promotional events and roadshows to enhance brand presence.
Content Creation : Develop marketing materials, write compelling copy and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Work with Designers for Artwork Ideas : Brainstorm creative concepts and provide input on marketing visuals to align with campaign goals.

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of brand building and digital marketing strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics software

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
