Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our café as part-time service crew members. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for our customers through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation
  • Assist in preparing beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, and specialty drinks).
  • Ensure proper presentation of food items before serving.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and other café facilities.
  • Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Other Duties
  • Support promotional activities and upselling efforts.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the café manager.

Requirements

  • Able to work every weekend, Friday to Sunday only .
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
