  • Oversee the planning of the appointment process for next day with Service Advisors and officer customer relations to ensure that full workshop capacity is booked on a daily basis.
  • Closely monitor EPU on a daily basis to ensure all available hours are sold.
  • Show a clear understanding of capacity planning by strategizing and planning for the correct quantity ratios of warranty work, maintenance and repair work as well as the number of services for both minor and major.
  • Ensure all possible time units are invoiced.
  • Ensure strict compliance to all the agreed upon guided processes to reduce delays and increase productivity and efficiency while driving up sales and revenue.
  • Daily meetings with SAs to discuss customer concerns highlighted from the previous day.
  • Provide staff in their separate work categories with performance- based targets to achieve.
  • Closely monitor staff time keeping.
  • Strategically plan and authorize staff annual leave and training so as to always have the maximum number of staff at work at all times.
  • Action to address customer concerns at branch level to avoid escalation to CCC / MD.
