Overview
Ecommerce Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will manage e-commerce operations and growth across major SEA marketplaces to scale our direct-to-consumer business.
- Own the day-to-day operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms across multiple markets (SG, MY, ID, etc.)
- Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive conversions and revenue. This includes maintaining the PPC campaigns and other media buying campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns with each platform (e.g., 6.6, 11.11 Mega Sales), from planning to execution
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze key marketplace metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, platform fees)Monitor competitor activity and pricing, and adjust strategies accordinglyBuild dashboards and weekly reports to keep the team informed and alignedStreamline backend operations : order flow, fulfillment, inventory syncing, seller score metricsCollaborate closely with 3PLs and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and high store ratingsLeverage platform tools and external APIs (where relevant) to improve efficiencyWork with Content & Creative teams to align visuals and videos with platform best practicesCoordinate with Customer Service to address buyer issues, reviews, and escalationsAlign with Brand & Marketing for consistent storytelling across campaignsWhat We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience managing operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplacesDeep understanding of SEA e-commerce landscape and platform-specific algorithmsStrong in Excel / Google Sheets, with bonus points for experience in analytics tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau)Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environmentsHighly organized with a builder’s mindset—you’re not afraid to fix what’s broken and scale what worksFluent in English.
