Role Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Role Duties and Responsibilities :

• Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.
• Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.
• Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS etc.
• Planning of journey plan.
• Conduct monthly "one-to-one" / tag-along coaching & mentoring with team members.
• Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
• Conduct on-boarding training to new members.
• Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.
• Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser.
• Regular visit to key outlet buyers.
• Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.
• Weekly alignment meeting with Area Sales Manager on the stock arrangement.
