Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers and the team in basic English and Chinese.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel for data processing and communicate via email.
- Handle HRDF claims.
- Manage the MR DISC platform.
- Provide customer service and convey relevant information.
- Use automated systems to improve efficiency.
- Use Canva for simple designs.
- Analyze data to support business decisions.
- Maintain work files and documentation.
- Operate the HRMS system for daily tasks.
Requirements :
Proficient in English and Chinese communication.Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.Familiar with Canva for basic design tasks.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.Understanding of data analysis.Hardworking, eager to learn, and with a positive work attitude.Clear and friendly voice for customer communication.Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), in-officeJob Type : Full-time
