Senior Executive / Executive - Integrity and Risk Management
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the Group’s risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable standards, including ISO 31000, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and IFRS S1 & S2, while aligning with the Group’s strategic priorities.
- Performing risk assessment, review, and action planning processes to identify key risk exposures and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Regularly review and monitor risk action plans in close collaboration with risk owners across the Group.
- Conduct PESTEL analyses to identify and evaluate emerging risks impacting the Group.
- Prepare annual risk reports for submission to the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies, recommending enhancements where necessary.
- Facilitate risk workshops with process owners for integrated projects and the international portfolio.
- Drive Group-wide risk and opportunity assessment initiatives, ensuring proactive identification and management of strategic and operational risks.
- Undertake special projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Studies / Risk Management and Insurance or any related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.CRMA / Certified ISO 31000 / CeIO – An added advantage.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management principles.Excellent report-writing and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.High business acumen, with balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.Ability to view challenges from a “big picture” perspective while maintaining a keen eye for detail.Additional information :
