Senior Executive / Executive - Integrity and Risk Management

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the Group’s risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable standards, including ISO 31000, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and IFRS S1 & S2, while aligning with the Group’s strategic priorities.
• Performing risk assessment, review, and action planning processes to identify key risk exposures and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review and monitor risk action plans in close collaboration with risk owners across the Group.
• Conduct PESTEL analyses to identify and evaluate emerging risks impacting the Group.
• Prepare annual risk reports for submission to the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies, recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Facilitate risk workshops with process owners for integrated projects and the international portfolio.
• Drive Group-wide risk and opportunity assessment initiatives, ensuring proactive identification and management of strategic and operational risks.
• Undertake special projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management.
