Process order using UBS inventory system.
Check customer booking and coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department.
Document Assistance : Support document processing for the team.
Assist in customer enquiry.
Other Duties : Perform tasks as assigned by the superior.
Commission package if achieve monthly sales target.
Requirements :
Fluent in Malay & English (written and spoken)
Female & Male
Open to local Malaysians.
Familiar with customer service and administration work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excell & Powerpoint) & knowledge of e-commerce tools is a plus.
Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking
