Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, title deeds, and loan agreements
Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions on property-related matters
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely completion of property transactions
Attending to property title registration and other post-completion formalities
Staying up to date with changes in property laws and regulations to provide accurate and compliant advice
Collaborating with the broader legal team to deliver high-quality, client-focused service
Qualification & Requirements :
Degree in Law and a valid license to practice in Malaysia
Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
Strong understanding of property law, land registration, and related regulations
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and attention to detail
