Job description

We are looking for a dedicated QHSSE Executive to support our Marine-Telco & IMS operations and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.

This role involves developing and managing SOPs, policies, and procedures, attending vessel and site inspections, leading safety training, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement in Business Management System.

What you will be doing :

Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, HSE plans, manuals, and policies to ensure safe and cost-effective project execution.

Coordinate with Operation team in ensuring vessel / site safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with legal and company procedures.

Review Ship Management System (ISM) and ISO documentation annually and drive improvements.

Conduct training periodically on safety and environmental responsibilities for all staff.

Attend vessel safety, flag, class, andclient audit, and provide on-site support to crews.

Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards, regulatory requirements, and classification rules.

Conduct vessel / site inspections, safety talks, and emergency drills to enhance crew safety awareness.

Lead and support incident / accident investigations and manage related insurance claims.

Prepare and review contingency plans for emergency situations.

Conduct internal audits to all asset locations.

Implement Business Management Plan according to the ISO standards and maintain all the certifications.

Provide guidance and advice on QHSSE across the company.

Ensure compliance with ESG initiatives and other regulatory requirements across the business.

What you should have :

Degree in Marine, Safety, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in QHSSE, preferably within the maritime industry.

Good knowledge of ISM (International Safety Management Code), SMS (Safety Management System), ISO standards, and relevant maritime regulations.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel and attend vessel / site inspections when required.
