Quantity Surveyors Manager, Contract Manager

to join top-tier firms specialising in various fields, including :

  • High-Rise Construction :

Work on iconic residential and commercial skyscrapers.

  • Infrastructure :
  • Help build critical projects like roads, bridges, and public utilities.

  • Industrial M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) :
  • Manage M&E systems in industrial projects

  • Solar Energy :
  • Contribute to the future of sustainable power on large-scale solar projects.

    Job Scope may include :

    Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including initial estimates and final costs. Provide accurate advice on cost and procurement strategy throughout the project life cycle.

    Manage the tender process, including preparation of bills of quantities, reviewing contractor bids, and negotiating contracts. Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.

    Prepares bill of quantities (BoQ) involving quantity take-off, material sourcing, and estimating material and labour costs for tendering

    Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. Manage any variations or changes to the project scope and evaluate the financial impact.

    Conduct interim valuations and prepare progress payments for contractors and subcontractors. Ensure accurate valuations of completed work for payment certification.

    Provide post-contract cost control and management, including final accounts preparation, settlement of claims, and cost reconciliation.

    Skills and experience required :

    Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

    Able to work independently in office, on site, and visit clients for meeting.

    Good analytic and negotiation skills.

    Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.
