We're looking for a seasoned HR leader with global expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Alignment : Design and execute HR strategies that meet the BST team's needs while supporting broader business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership : Guide recruitment efforts to ensure alignment with workforce planning and attract top-tier talent.
  • Performance Management Oversight : Lead fair and consistent performance processes, continuously improving them to match evolving organizational goals.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture : Promote a high-performance culture through innovative engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Change Management : Drive change efforts in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
  • HR Budget Management : Oversee HR budgeting for BST, ensuring optimal use of financial resources to support strategic initiatives.
  • Workforce & Succession Planning : Manage pyramid planning and succession strategies to support growth and leadership continuity within BST.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy : Ensure competitive and market-aligned compensation and benefits to attract and retain talent.
  • HR Operations & Compliance : Develop and refine HR policies across SEA, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with global standards.
  • Employee Relations & Governance : Lead employee relations strategy, ensuring fair investigations, consistent consequence management, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Has over 15 years of experience in HR, including senior-level roles within multinational or matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and a solid understanding of employment law and performance management.
  • Experienced in managing HR operations across different countries, with awareness of cultural differences and legal compliance in global HR practices.
  • Well-versed in using modern HR systems and technologies to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
