As the Growth Marketing Senior Associate at Intellect, you will play a key role in driving post-sales growth, product adoption, and meaningful engagement among our end users across global markets. You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring employees and members have seamless, impactful experiences with Intellect.
Reporting to the Product & Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Data, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to optimise user journeys, build personalised automations, and influence product-led growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, comfortable in experimentation, and eager to shape lifecycle strategy.
- Own CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
- Develop and optimise automated communication flows across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Build personalised, user-centric messaging that helps users adopt coaching, therapy, and self-care tools.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to enhance user flows and align CRM journeys with product features and releases.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to identify user segments, behavioural triggers, and insights to inform experimentation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to drive specific adoption goals.
- Run A / B tests, derive insights, and propose new strategies to increase retention and product utilisation.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles (experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms is a plus).
- Strong understanding of user journey design, segmentation, and behavioural triggers.
- Comfortable with data — able to interpret dashboards and draw insights to drive iteration.
- Experience running experiments (A / B testing, growth loops, or funnel optimisation).
- A growth mindset : proactive in suggesting new lifecycle strategies, not just executing existing ones.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data driven, results focused and always looking to improve things.
