Job description

The main role is to assist in the merchandising department to arrange stocks

movement between warehouse to store, store to store, warehouse to store . The merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that product appear in the store at the appropriate time as planned by principal and merchandising team and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely within the team as well as all supporting department to accurately forecast sales trends, plan stock level and monitor market momentum.

Merchandiser also play a key role within organizations, for maximizing profitability. Work closely with warehousing team for planning merchandise allocation & distribution of stock. Coordinate with store for Item Quality Control, to prepare merchandising reports and control / verify stocks. You are required to be hands‑on with all matters involving merchandising planning, stock allocations & distribution, coordinate with store operations team and Visual Merchandising team on seasonal launches.

The Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products appear in the store at the appropriate time as planned by principal as well as merchandising team and in correct quantities. This involves working closely with all merchandising team as well as other department to accurately forecast sales trends, plan stock levels and monitor market trends.

Senior Merchandiser also play a key role within organizations, for maximizing profitability. You are responsible to update and keep track on article movement, analysis sell thru and propose next action plan, act according to the OTB plan, oversee delivery and distribution of stock and deal with principal and communicating with operation for feedback. You are not only required to be hands‑on with all matters involving merchandising planning, stock allocations & distribution, coordinate with Store operations team and Visual Display team on seasonal launches.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and communication skills

Chinese speaking candidate preferred to manage our Chinese stakeholders

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Relevant degree or certification in merchandising, business, or a related field is a plus

Applicants with prior similar experience is highly preferred

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!
