Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To monitor driver delivery and collection
  • Liase with customer on the status in the system
  • Update Job and report in the system
  • Prepare delivery documents, consignment notes, or shipment status reports
  • Ensure all documents are complete before and after delivery
  • Input delivery data into the logistics system (e.g., status "pickup" or "delivered")
  • Maintain daily operation records for management reference
  • Manage customer complaints related to delays or missing documents
  • Provide immediate support to drivers in case of issues on the road

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of delivery documents, consignment notes, and transportation processes.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to use logistics / transportation systems (added advantage).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with drivers, warehouse, and customers.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license (advantageous).

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
