Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, partnerships, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Lead the complete business development lifecycle—from opportunity identification and proposal creation to securing client agreements and developing long‑lasting partnerships.
2. Brand Representation & Market Positioning
Represent the organisation professionally at external meetings, networking sessions, and industry conferences.Enhance brand presence in key markets by developing credibility and trust with prospective clients and partners.3. Reporting & Forecasting
Provide accurate and timely pipeline reporting, supporting financial planning and viability assessments in collaboration with the Finance team.Develop a centralised lead‑generation system and work closely with internal lead generators to maximise new opportunity conversion.Deliver market intelligence, insights, and analysis to strengthen strategic business decisions.Present regular updates to the Executive Management Team, highlighting risks, opportunities, and progress.4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Adapt swiftly to evolving business priorities, effectively managing multiple markets, service offerings, and stakeholder expectations.Offer continuous market insights and recommendations to refine the company’s go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring agility and strong commercial responsiveness.5. Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment
Maintain strong communication channels and relationships with key stakeholders across the client ecosystem.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies for introducing new products or service offerings, including pricing recommendations.Work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure aligned objectives and seamless execution of campaigns and business initiatives.Requirements
