Golang Developer (OpenIM Platform)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct secondary development and customization of IM (Instant Messaging) features based on the OpenIM open-source project.

Participate in the design, architecture, and component-level coding for customized IM business modules and system functionalities.

Develop, maintain, and optimize system and business functions to ensure stable performance and scalability.

Take part in system deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and server optimization for online IM business systems.

Analyze system bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in the Golang programming language and experienced with mainstream frameworks such as Gin .

Familiar with microservice frameworks based on the Golang technology stack; able to independently build Go RPC microservices (including service registration and discovery).

Prior experience in OpenIM secondary development is preferred.
