Requirements
- Possess basic Food Safety Knowledge and adhere to hygiene standards to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Food Preparation techniques, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent Customer Service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service, including assisting with food preparation, order fulfillment, and table setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to understand and fulfill customer requests and communicate with colleagues.
