Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia.
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.At least 3 years of work experience.Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department / Non-tech roles.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
