Job description
  • Managed client accounts and developed growth strategies for technical products, particularly in the (lab / scientific / engineering) sector.
  • To implement the Sales & Marketing strategy for the Company in line with : -Market development in terms of growth potential;-Market positioning in terms of offered services & price competitiveness;-Emerging opportunities of target markets
  • To be responsibles for achieving the assigned sales budget and growth targets.
  • To establish healthy client relations and to provide efficeint client service / support so as to solicit and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the services offered by the Company.
  • To closely monitor the competitive environment including service and commercial developments of key competitors.
  • To prepare proposal or tenders after proper evaluation and analysis of clients’ needs such as the budget, method of financing and services configuration. To follow up regularly on submitted proposals.
  • To attend the clients’ queries, requests and complaints; to follow up and ensure prompt and correct delivery as well as collection of outstanding accounts.
  • To prepare and deliver technical presentation explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers.
  • To liaise with the project and technical team to ensure proposals are technically correct and accurate.
  • To meet sales target, increase market share and to gain as much experience as possible in terms of sales and marketing of pharmaceutical / biotech related services and medical devices project.
  • To conduct market survey so as to collect information on the market demand for the purpose of planning marketing strategy for the Company’s products and services.
  • To select and participate in the relevant conferences and exhibitions.
  • To ensure proper use of sales tools to enhance work efficiency and professional image.
  • To compile monthly prospects list of client and recommended follow-up actions for submissions to the Director.
  • To ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures and all directives set by the Management.
  • To pursue and achieve total quality and ocmpetitive advantage through high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, commitmement and involvement at all levels of the organization as wellas with the clients, suppliers and contractors.
  • To undertake any others tasks as and when assigned by the Company.
