The role is responsible to - increase Commercial & Business Banking deposit growth and customer acquisition of high value New-to-bank (NTB) - Increase penetration of cash management solutions on Commercial & Business Banking segment through cross sell activities ultimately capturing of main operating account.
Description
- Meet targets by soliciting new-to-bank and aggressive cross selling to existing customer base with focus on cross selling, increasing existing customers profitability via deposits growth.
- To build and maintain profitable business relationships with business customers by increasing penetration of cash management solutions.
- To use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate cash management solutions to prospects.
- Actively seeking referrals from new and existing customers.
- To actively identify potential sales opportunities and manage sales pipeline by working closely with Area Commercial Manager, Branch Manager and on ground team.
- Ensure timely reporting on productivity & performance to Business Wealth Team Managers.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members, where required.
- To undertake any other related tasks as determined by the management of the Bank from time to time.
