Integrated Campaign Manager – Brand Experience

Position Title : Integrated Campaign Manager - Brand Experience

Department : Marketing

Reports to : Senior Manager - Brand Experience

Location : Malaysia

Job Summary : As the Integrated Campaign Manager for the South ASEAN Hub (SAH), you will be the driving force behind the seamless and impactful execution of our brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the Omnichannel Brand Experience for Colgate-Palmolive brands, ensuring every consumer interaction—from discovery to in-store purchase—is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand growth goals. This role requires strategic campaign planning, robust project management, and deep expertise in digital, social & commerce ecosystems.

What you will do

  • Lead Omnichannel Brand Experience Planning across the Consumer Journey. You'll map the consumer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty), defining the specific content, media, and tactics required for each stage to ensure a consistent brand narrative and maximize campaign impact against business outcomes.
  • Drive End-to-End Execution of Integrated Campaigns. This includes managing content creation for social / digital platforms, influencer programs, E-commerce, and more. Execute meticulous project management with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure timely, best-in-class delivery.
  • Manage Brand Performance Across Owned Digital Assets (Website, SEM / SEO, & CRM).

Required qualifications, skills and experiences

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven experience in Social (TikTok, Meta, XHS) and Digital Marketing with a track record of hands‑on optimization and content creation experience. FMCG / CPG experience or relevant experience in social / e-commerce based industries is a strong plus.
  • Self‑starter who can work well both independently and collaboratively across multi‑level stakeholder groups (Brand, Media, Sales, Agencies).
  • Possess high agility and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment, adapting quickly to new digital / social trends and business priorities.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Brand Communications, consumer journey mapping, and social / digital ecosystems within the SAH region.
  • Highly proficient in written & verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage to effectively communicate within the diverse SAH landscape.
  • Strong articulation & presentation capabilities.
