Job descriptionHigh commission with great career growth opportunities Full training and strong team support No experience needed, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn Sales via Phone : Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial solution and goals. Achieve Sales Targets : Meet individual and team sales goals through effective phone communication. Product Knowledge : Master and accurately introduce loan products to customers. Record and Report : Accurately track call details and report progress and sales data to the supervisor. Self‑motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a team player. Punctual and reliable.
