Responsibilities Primary focus will be on quality role involving management of KCX (Customer Survey), audit, quality application and process management and Sales support involving strategic assignment base on business requirement as well as Sales functional Salesforce application support. This role will extend to cover other BPA (Business Process Analyst) portfolio and involves a significant amount of project management. Responsibilities include managing internal technical and non-technical business projects. Responsible for the gathering, planning, design and build, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. This includes monitoring overall progress & timelines and provide progress / status reports to management. Analysing current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Creating process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams. Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators, and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Communicating with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes. Monitoring process audits and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments. Providing training and support to team members on new processes and best practices. Specialize in key portfolio assignment to be Subject Matter Expertise to support operation and project / initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, IT, Business IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis and project management. Salesforce / Oracle and sales / service business knowledge experience are required. CRM knowledge is added advantage IT background with an understanding of enterprise applications Project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and risk management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data. Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of daily work assignments. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
