Sales Manager (Perak)

Overview

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in textile manufacturing services. Reporting to : Chief manufacturing officer Location : Perak Excellent employee compensation and benefits Responsibilities

Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, brand presence, and market share expansion

Manage a team of sales, marketing, and quality professionals, ensuring strong market positioning and customer relationships

Develop sales plans to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Oversee marketing efforts including digital campaigns, brand management, market research, and promotional events

Set performance goals, mentor team members, and foster a high-performance culture

Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales pipelines and customer feedback

Collaborate with quality management to ensure high customer satisfaction

Manage budgets, monitor sales performance and ROI, and align forecasts with production planning

Drive continuous improvement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent sales training or experience

Availability for regular business travel

Extensive business-to-business sales experience

Excellent planning & organizational skills
