Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Solid understanding of retail merchandising, inventory control, and store workflow.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts, as required.
- Ability to analyze performance data and contribute to operational improvements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to company standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and achievement of sales targets.Provide coaching and support to team members to maintain consistent service quality and uphold brand standards.Supervise staff scheduling, product merchandising, and inventory levels to maximize overall store performance.Support the implementation of in-store marketing and promotional activities in alignment with brand objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters in the absence of the Store Manager.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and safety / security protocols.Contribute to the analysis of store performance metrics and assist in executing improvement plans to drive results.Benefits
