Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Solid understanding of retail merchandising, inventory control, and store workflow.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts, as required.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to maintain consistent service quality and uphold brand standards.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, product merchandising, and inventory levels to maximize overall store performance.
  • Support the implementation of in-store marketing and promotional activities in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and safety / security protocols.
  • Contribute to the analysis of store performance metrics and assist in executing improvement plans to drive results.
