Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Required skills :  Detail-oriented, Quality Control, Problem-solving, Leadership, Attention to Detail, Communication
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in Quality Control.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in trophy and ornament production.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address quality-related issues effectively.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate a team in achieving quality control objectives.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to facilitate seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Perai facility and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing / production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production process of trophies and ornaments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QC protocols and inspection checklists to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify defects.
  • Analyze quality data, including defect rates and root causes, to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues, implement process improvements, and ensure effective communication of quality standards.
  • Train and mentor QC team members on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and the use of measuring equipment to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, corrective actions, and process improvements, for traceability and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations related to product quality and safety.
