Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B / retail supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kiosk operations and team performance

Handle staff scheduling, training, and guidance

Ensure food quality, service, and hygiene standards are met

Monitor stock, cash handling, and reporting
