Job description

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations and management of e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and logistics
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize for growth
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations across platforms

Requirements :

  • Native Chinese speaker (fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay)
  • Experience in managing platforms such as TikTok, Temu, SHEIN, Amazon, and AliExpress is a strong advantage
  • Background in security and surveillance product categories is preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
