About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Baba Fruits Hub (SunMoon Food Company Ltd). In this full-time position based in USJ 8, Subang Jaya (nearby Taipan LRT station) .
You will play a key role in supporting our finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient reporting processes.
What you'll be doing
- Process and record all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices
- Ensure payments are made to suppliers within agreed terms
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports and statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
