• Job Scope
• The Quality Project Lead is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery across CFS division. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement using structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Map and analyze current business / branch processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights to address process gaps.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads, team leads, and frontline staff to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Track and report on performance improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements through documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all process changes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking for CX improvement is an added advantage# Six sigma greenbelts or any other process, CX improvement qualification, knowledge and experience# #
