• Responsibilities :
• You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
• Lead and steer customer orders delivery promptly and accurately within contractual shipment period
• Alert risk in advance and realign expectations of stakeholders
• Provide updated price quotations and suitable delivery month to sales PIC for selected products.
• To manage process for discount approval when trades are to be done below the published prices.
• Timely reporting of trade done through WhatsApp and trade confirmation through email to buyer.
• To ensure raw material, capacity and freight requirement and communicated to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate for sample requests where required.
• To coordinate with customers and internal department for artwork and PDR requirements.
• To prepare 3 months forecasts of sales volume for planning purposes
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement.
• Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods.
• Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactions
