Occasional travel within Malaysia or to Singapore for shoots / events

Key Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Production :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots in-house and on location.
- Manage the entire shoot process, including setting up lighting, composing shots, directing subjects, and capturing high-quality footage and images.
- Source and manage props, locations, and any necessary equipment for shoots.
2. Basic Editing :
Perform basic to intermediate photo and video editing, including :Video : Cutting sequences to a fast pace, adding on-screen text, syncing to music, and basic color correction using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.Photo : Color correction, cropping, and retouching using Canva, Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop or similar.Work closely with the marketing team to understand content needs for campaigns and product launches.Organize, manage, and maintain a library of all visual assets.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in short-form video, photography, and social media.Required Skills & Qualifications :
A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in photography and short-form videography.2-3+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing photo and video shoots.Proven ability to prioritize shooting for quick turnaround, focusing on key shots that drive engagement.Proficiency in basic video and photo editing with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar.A keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling that works for social media.Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Agency experience is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :
Experience in the Beauty, IT, and Fashion sectors.Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms like Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.Knowledge of operating cameras, drones, gimbals, or other stabilization equipment.Basic skills in areas such as motion graphics, sound design, and simple animation.What We Offer :
