Job description
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and achieve financial targets in the country
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Lead and manage the local team of sales, and operations professionals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional headquarters and t : m group interfaces to share best practices and align on global business strategies
  • Manage the country's budget, expenses, and financial performance
  • Oversee customer service and support operations to ensure high customer satisfaction

    • University Degree (Master’s preferred), i.e. Master & 3 y. or Bachelor & 6 y. work experience
    • Proven experience as General Manager or in similar positions
    • Demonstrated success of effectively leading change and organizational growth through strategic planning
    • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in (English and / or local language(s)
    • Flexibility, positive attitude and hands on mentality
    • Digitally skilled with experience using Microsoft Office
    • Diligent and a good team player
    • Good management skills including team management and financial management
    • Excellent networking and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environments
    • Comfortable with occasional regional or domestic travel on short notice
    • Must possess a valid work permit and a valid residence permit
