Job descriptionEstablish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives / sales are maximized Motivate, guide and coach sales staff Develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit cards and etc. Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank Protect the image and brand of the bank People Management Responsible for the recruitment, coaching, development, retention and termination of staff Responsible for the motivation and development of a high performance and results driven work culture Customer Service Management Anticipates customers’ needs to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
