Job descriptionPossess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in accounting or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred. Able to handle all full set of accounts and well-versed in Auto-Count accounting software. Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to response with China and Singapore accounting. Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with financial reporting, taxation, and audit processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Job Description :
- Prepare full set of accounts for audit in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the company's daily expense reimbursement, ensuring the legality and accuracy of the reimbursement procedures and original documents.
- Responsible for the accounting processing of the company's sales, purchase and project settlements and the verification of current accounts.
- Responsible for the company's daily accounting work, preparing accounting documents, and ensuring that income, costs, and expenses are accurately and timely recorded.
- Responsible for month-end AR and AP settlement and reporting.

Remuneration : RM 3,300 - RM 4,500
