Financial Accountant

You play a vital role in supporting our rapidly growing data-technology operations, working in a dynamic, AI-driven environment where financial accuracy, project accountability, and digital innovation come together. As part of a global team, you will oversee financial activities that support large-scale AI, data annotation, and technology projects across multiple countries. Job Responsibilities

• Perform full sets accounting.
• Responsible for invoicing and payment processing.
• Act as project admin, responsible for project P&L, coordinating project activities, supporting documentation and reporting.
• Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimize performance and decision-making.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in system.
• Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issues to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
• Assist in liaison with external parties on audit, tax agent, banker and etc.
• To monitor creditor's aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
