Job descriptionContact individuals / businesses by telephone to promote consumer products or services. Deliver scripted sales pitches to the customers. Explain the products or services to customers over the phone. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader. RM200 Rewards & Recognition Allowance (Full attendance) Up to RM2,000 Incentives / Commission - Depending on performance Quarterly salary review (increment of RM200, capped at RM3,000 - Based on performance) Training Provided (1 week) EPF, SOCSO
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years in the service industry, and 1 year of working experience in sales roles.
- Preferably candidates from telco, contact center, financial services, hospitality, or airline industries.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
